Our Services

CNSC Licensing & Program Development

Are you planning to open a new facility, or expanding your current space with either a renovation or a move to a new location? Whether you're starting completely fresh or just need to make small adjustments, we can design the shielding for your facility, develop your radiation safety program, and take care of all your licensing with the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission.
Once that work is complete, we can also provide ongoing radiation safety support, and even fill the radiation safety officer role.

Custom Training Modules

Whether you've got a new project or work coming online, or you have experienced staff following tried and true processes, training is extremely important. We can provide custom radiation safety training sessions for your team on a variety of topics. Even if you have an established program, your staff may have gone through the same-old refresher training over and over. Why not try something new?

Inspections

No matter the size of your facility, third-party or peer inspections are an excellent way to get a set of fresh eyes on your radiation safety program and help identify any gaps. This is a particularly good option if you have a regulatory inspection coming up - it's always better to find and fix any potential issues before the regulator shows up.
If you've already had a regulatory inspection and require assistance or insight for closing out any corrective actions, we've got you covered there as well.

X-Ray Safety

All x-ray machines, whether it be conventional machine, CT, research machines, etc, are regulated provincially. Fortunately, the regulations don't vary much from one province to another. We can provide the shielding requirements for your x-ray facility, from a simple installation of some new equipment up to the design of a totally new space. We'll also ensure your equipment is registered with the proper provincial authority.
